I have a friend who is a Soph Investor and he got asked to take part in a purchase of Millions of MDS stock when they were 6c, which streeter is a part of as we all know.

The problem was that the conditions that MDS set to a Soph Investor makes it so you can just pickup and leave when you want, there are some conditions that are not flexible so in this instance chose to PASS on the offer.

As it was said by someone previously which I agree, was the reason the SPP went that way was probably because the needed the money Fast.

Anyways, this is IMO!
