I agree with your comments.

Only one item to note, he di say he has not been approached by private equity group/s!!!...Which is interesting considering latest activities. But hey, that doesn't mean that some are not considering it!!??....may be.

Anyway, the key point for me, is that fact they sold only 2 in 1 month, and that's over the xmas period!!!!... So, I'd expect much more "pure sales" in this 1/2 year.
