Wotsup, God does not send delusions, he merely allows it, because they prefer it that way.
2 Thess 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. KJV.
Compare this to a more accurate translation.
11 That is why God lets a deluding influence mislead them so that they may come to believe the lie,
12 in order that they all may be judged because they did not believe the truth but took pleasure in unrighteousness. NWT.
Satan is the one that seeks to delude. - 2 Cor 4:4.
He has been very successful. - Rev 12: 9.
