agree. v disconcerting. The move towards productin SHOULD see a general rise, but in my expereince this does happen only just before mining gets underway, like 1-2 weeks before. As for flash point in PNG, surely it was worse months ago, during that affair with PNG scooting the Solomons bloke back to the Solomons, instead of extraditing him to Oz?
