I bought in long before the last set of takeover rumours - and believed that last run of ramping only hurt the stock in the longer term. I would never buy for such reasons - either the information is bolix - or if it's ironclad - then it's insider trading and against the law. I think I sold out at around 10cents.

I try to invest on the basis of a sound understanding of a business. I actually think I got most things right when it came to PT - except for the fact that management was not concerned with producing profit... which in the end has determined the current shareprice.
