The post received 20 likes so IMO that is a strong endorsement by the forum. As you have mentioned I have also been unable to find any mention of it publicly by the company and have asked the same question?
In the absence of any answer and given the strong endorsement of the idea of a mobile plant I assumed that given so many people liked the idea they must have had a fundamental reason to do so.
