So why add 'at this time'? It does not make sense to me by doing that as it suggests that the materialness of the news will change one day. How can it!
The ann responds clearly to the ST by saying "we don't know why the SP has gone up." That is the end of the story, or at least it should be.
Then the company adds that the assay results about to be reported on are not material - ie not price-sensitive.
Imo this new ann just has to be released before trading starts tomorrow as the co has intimated strongly that the results are either so-so or average or not much good at all. There would be uncertainty and an unfair market if the ann were to be delayed beyond 10am tomorrow.
Given the SP rise today, my expectation, based on known info, is that the SP will retrace.
