If there is a God, then benefits are either supernatural or psychological.
If there isn't a god, then clearly they are only psychological.
Your rewritten third:
"Third question, if it supernatural and one truly has a connection with God, why does science have difficulty observing it?"
Because science only observes the natural. If science could observe God, who relies on faith for their existence, then science could prove that God exists and God would thus disappear in a puff of logic.
"Personally I want to believe in the supernatural God."
