Yes trying to work that out. Seems like it is as you say but then then it says at the end of that paragraph that once the deal or transaction is finalised they will emerge as having a 10% stake. Sorry on phone so can't copy and paste well.
Looks good and would love to know the milestones needed to be met as another $50m to come is huge. Just not sure the market will run with it too much after the run we have had already but let's see. I would have loved to see a done deal and a $10m up front payment or something similiar!
