I'm fully aware of the difference in SG between spodumene and quartz.
What I'm talking about is, if you have a particle that is 50% quartz and 50% spodumene, it will sink, as it's SG is more than 2.7. But the lithium content of that particle is approximately 4% Li2O, instead of 8% Li2O, if it was spodumene only.
