Company has said recap not D4E - there are multiple ways to recap. Not every avenue leads to shareholder erosion.

Besides at these levels there is nothing for the banks to gain out of this. Issue 1 billion shares to get 125 mil - that would still leave the debt at 500mil + and would take their safe debt and convert into unsafe equity.
