This was my area of expertise for decades, as I worked for HY-, special situations- and distressed trading globally and my last job was at Chase Manhattan Bank now JPM, with them in Hong Kong. I have been doing spec sits consulting till recently, even have minority interest with www.sclowy.com, am now retired but still retain some advisory activities to keep myself a bit active.
