If it was me I would have put out the financing needs to a tender as this is a significant amount. All IMO but who knows as maybe GXY has a strong relationship with BNP and has maybe achieved very favourable terms (as strong security can achieve this) ?!? Would love to know a bit more of the all in terms for this re-financing package.
