us epa is very strict

I have seen the US EPA give mining projects a very difficult time getting approvals. EPA permitting can take several years and then there may be a phalanx of environmental whakos that will mount all sorts of leagal challenges. I am a little sceptical about claims from U companies that have not addressed this issue. Has UKL started its EPA process? In the 1950's the US Government was letting off A bombs outside of Las Vegas. People would have tailgate parties in the desert to watch the bombs go off and drink their martinis. Time have changed.
