I hope so martis, I dollar cost average and the one thing I love to do is buy it cheap. I've been doing it for decades.
But I think not, it's just a minor correction, before the next run up. The Schlump is going to improve business conditions and repair infrastructure and that means 3 things. The USD up, interest rates up and stocks up.
