Pancakes you are also missing the point that if BGS sells the asset for $107 mill the shareholders may not see any of it or may get a dividend of say 30 or 40c a share..ie the same as today's share price. BGS then becomes a shell with no real assets except some potential gold royalties that maybe a year or 2 away.....so the share price will drop to reflect this. They do have some other gold exploration potential but again it'll be many many months before any value is unlocked from those and who knows what lousy deal they'll sell them for.
Bgs will be out of the lithium game and be valued like all the other gold explorers.....I wouldn't be surprised if step 2 is to sell the cashed up company and gold assets to someone....
