Yep, attended todays meeting with Kalmsgie and TCG, both nice family guys, meeting went VERY WELL. all resolutions passed, NuPower Resources Limited, NUP will list on the ASX 05/03/2007, Arafura shares/options last trading day is 19/02/2007 and from Tuesday 20/02/2007 will trade ex entitlements.
Had to return to the SW for appointment with eye specialist 4pm today so left Perth meeting directly after close, missing out on a couple of beers and good cheers, oh well you get that. Guess both Kalmsg and TCG will post an in depth report over this WE, ie weekend.
Am very mystified by some of the HC posters who seem to think that ARAFURA has a rocket in place to TAKE-OFF with the DEMERGER. Have stated before and will STATE AGAIN, this company a LONG TERM HOLD, a company maker, with its NOLANS BORE DEPOSITS, and that will be coming in the not too far future. Those in for a quick buck, get your $$$,s and get out of ARU/ARUO into something else on the ASX, there are plenty of opportunities out there, and BEST of LUCK.
The market WILL of COURSE decide the SP, and there aint much you, I or most people can change in that scenario. All the whingers, please note, Pirra96 has you on IGNORE.
Alistair Stephens off to Europe tonite, back around 26th, has a very busy schedule and will come back with some very positive news. URANIUM announcements for NUP will also come, as it was NOT PRUDENT to make THESE prior to the DEMERGER PROCESS being effected, especially the ASX, ASIC and the ATO. These willl be confirmed 27/02/2007 prior to NUP listing.
