remembr this is where action will come.
If it starts trading at 27 and then above it again, it will make lot of sideliners and bears worried as it is 50% of retracement of the up move from 21 tp 33 level.
Reclaiming 27 and holding above it WHENEVR THAT HAPPENS, will mean bull is back and up swing may resume.
I am trying to give U as minute and as MICRO analysis as possible .
