This was specifically stated at some point around the announcement of the SPP as the direct reason for the SPP etc.
I seem to recall the inference (at least) if not the direct acknowledgement that it was Intel itself that preferred that a company it dealt with were seen to be financially viable. We all wondered at the time why the cash raise at a time when we had plenty of funds.
I think that the sudden TH immediately after the EGM indicates that, having attained approval to satisfy the financial side of things from SHers, there's a fair to good chance that Intel are coming to the party "officially" as far as contracts are concerned.
Wouldn't that be something ?
