The construction risk is being mitigated day after day. Leightons is a well respected construction company and the Nov 08 deadline looks like being achieved. The contruction risks will decline every month and a re-rating to near operational status should occur a few months from opening. 18 months max to go for a 100% gain at least. All this from a very defensive stock that will perform day in day out for the coming 35 years!

Look at Transurban... 7 fold increase in 6 and a bit years. Strong distribution. Even half of this performance will do me just nicely.
