I just got some @ 0.09.
Looking at the balance sheet of CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd (HKG:0001) made me realise that HTA is a screaming bargain.
If one had deep pockets, it would be quite easy to acquire a decent chunk of a very good company.
Next few months going to be very interesting!
