'Pip trail' as you call it will be pretty exponential as/(if) the price rises, as both prices are so low. I would value the difference at about 3 pips currently, so call 4/5 a discount. Obviously as the SP goes towards 2c, the options would trail 6-8 pips, and then float around 10 pips when you start to lose the mega leverage etc.
