I have been pretty outspoken in the past about the need for good PR but I have to admit to a bit of fence sitting here. Reason is I'm not so sure now.

One thing for certain - I know that depending on your investment strategy there can be very different expectations what the sp is doing. I continue to see the whole picture in terms of trading vs. long term wealth accumulation.

As a trader I would want the company to PR the craaap out of this company, wait till it blows then take my money and run.

As a long termer, (and let me clarify that - by that I mean holding until the divvies are funding my retirement which by the way they would do very comfortably at a ps fully franked divident of 30c - who of us does not believe that is not possible in the next two years?) my sole aim is to see these babies stay in our hands and not be the subject of a hostile or other takeover - potential which could have existed at $1 if the PR machine had gone into overdrive at the 30c stage (sorry to keep bringing in ancient history guys but the long term perspective is what keeps me sane).

As the GM of a successful sales company the one thing that I base all my philospohies in is people and relationships. People buy people not products. When I first decided to lay a bid investment into this company I listened to the likes of Oly & Juk for their mining expertise of which I have none, but did my own research on the people. I did not buy CMR - I bought MH and later GT and to date these guys have shown their gilt-edged quality in moving this stock well beyond my initial expectations. I have no complaints from a people perspective.

Which makes me think - why the lack of media attention. Maybe its because it suits the big game plan to have none yet. I cannot imagine these guys not taking advantage of media opportunities IF THEY NEEDED THEM!

So far while I sometimes would like to see the sp move quicker I am all too well aware that I am not in the total picture and I'm not the one holding the cards.
The people who are play a very smart game and have a track record of winning.

People buy people. I am happy to trust these guys based on their past track records, and certainly on what wealth they have created for me already. I suspect the time will come when the media will be all over us - not because our PR machine has instigated it, but because we will be big news.

So at the moment I sit on the fence somewhat torn between wanting the media attention and trying to rationalise why the softly softly approach. But I am feeling increasingly more comfortable with the current approach.
