ok i will speculate,i suggest europe such as treibacher industrie ag which i understand co owns as silmet-one of the biggest rare metal and rare earth metal producers in europe. as and pw would have met i am sure the speaker from treibacher industrie ag at rare earth conference 2006, who spoke on "the impact of REACH on european producers and importers of rare earths".maybe this is why we have such interest from lenni and his german countrymen,anyhow that gives everyone something to think about, on my part pure speculation.
