I believe on the 15th Nexen announced they have completed drilling operations at their Golden Eagle prospect on License P928 in the UK North Sea. License P928 includes block 20/1.
So I assume as you say, the Borgsten Dolphin is finished in 20/1 and will be heading for Guinea.
