My comment was a general statement on the way I see this forum is bottoming out and certainly not to be taken personally, Kemperman is right when he pointed this out in his post.
Unfortunately some bullying types cannot keep their head down and tend to over play the proxy management role, force feeding the masses with bowls of pro management retarric every  time something is picked up as possibly contentious, so predictable you would swear they were on the payroll.
Allow some slack to the other guys point of view, let's look forward to some good news from management and beware of the smiling emoticon !!!
