    I could only imagine how how much growth CL8 would have if they were actually switch on to the fact that people work from 9-5. Drive my cars operating hours are 9am -5:30pm Monday to Friday..... But guess what I can call the competition car next door... Any time https://www.carnextdoor.com.au/about-us/contact-us so guess who is going to get the business? Oh and you talk about my caravan growth also... I attempted to contact mycaravan today.... all I get is a message saying "hi this is Brent Hartendale, sorry I am unable to take your call at the moment, please leave a message" it doesn't even say that you have contacted mycaravan.... So no wonder the competition is growing at a faster rate.... Guess what I also rang camplify today and presto.... you can talk to a person! Who are you going to do business with? The person who you can actually contact and talk to when you need to? Or a non existent person....

    CL8 you can do better... Pick up your game!

    I can't see why CL8 does not have people working over the weekends like the competition.... Surely the sales generated over the weekend would substantiate being able to pay someone to man the CL8 customer service telephone.... Even if the sales didn't initially generate enough income to pay for a phone operator, in the long term it would.... CL8 wouldn't be giving away sales to the competition..... Or on the flip side to that, CL8 would be growing their customer base at a faster rate...

    Great concept but the competition are running some rings around you CL8 and if you took a leaf out of their book you would better!

    Choose change or become like Kodak (Kodak created the first digital camera, but never went with it... Then went bankrupt after the competition wiped them out (the competition went with digital camera technology aka the future... by the time Kodak tried to catch up.... it was to late... Moral of the story... constantly improve innovate and change to be competitive in the future, otherwise risk wiped out! .... Don't be a blockbuster who refused to change even though they had one of the first video streaming businesses but said "hey were a retail business not a digital business and went bankrupt some time later" innovate or be beaten by the innovator!)

    In addition to my bi$#@ session... it is my understanding that CL8 only wants to create an app for the car damage report....

    I have read some customer reviews and customers complain about the availability of cars (most are being rented out in Sydney for example).... So why not solve this issue by building an app, where for example in Sydney (where there is a large availability of vehicles) the customer can pick their choice of say 3 cars on the app, then lock in those preferences... Those preferences are then automatically and instantly sent to the car owners via the app.... Then the car owners say yes or no, this information is automatically and instantly sent to the person leasing the vehicle (lessee), the lessee can then lock in their car of choice.... Problem solved... It is more efficient than the way things currently work....

    If your competition is beating you.... It's time to do something about it!

    Just imagine how much better CL8 could be! It is good... But it could be sooooo much better!
