Ann: Incentive Option Issue, page-60

I am fully supportive of incentive shares/options. It is good corporate governance by setting targets for executives, that if achieved ultimately reward the shareholders. This is how we ensure that executives goals are aligned with company goals and not self interest or promotion.

However, that been said, incentive shares for start up tech companies in Australia seem to be more of a get rich quick scheme, with incentives 2 -3 times their salary for achieving capital raising's or debt finance and so on. I feel they should be linked to commercialisation and revenue/profit targets. And why are consultants getting incentive shares?????? what are they providing?

Happy to support well considered incentive shares to employees and executives that relate directly to achieving better than expected company outcomes. It encourages and rewards exceptional performance. Reaching expected outcomes is what they are paid to do and should be held accountable if they don't.

Would like to see the boards incentive targets and allocations, as well as removal of incentives for consultants or at least a better understanding of before AGM.

Sorry if you disagree but I think like a business owner. I expect good corporate governance.
