For Todd this is possibly more about Capital Management and effective deployment of such than any burning desire to get into Iron Ore, remember how they got into this in the first place. If going into production is problematic for them due to their desire to do it from an unlisted vehicle and that goal is being blocked by other parties (i.e. FMSU and/or OCJ) then they (sic. Todd Corporation) may well revisit their plans and just give TIO the flick, including its staff and associated parties.

It would certainly get rid of one big head ache for Todd Corporation and in doing so it might unleash FMS and allow it to become master of its own destiny, again.

Always stay fluid to shifting circumstances...

@AO, I guess that is an option for Todd. Although I have a feeling that they will want to hold onto TIO and explore another avenue which may prove to be more profitable and with a lesser headache attached. Opportunities to make a substantial amount of money such as this one (FMS) don't come around very often. Todd will be looking at the bigger picture.

As I mentioned in a previous post, there may have been something major discovered nearby (within our tenement), IMO.
