I understand hat you are saying,answer me still,
previous criminal acts cannot be brought up when a suspect is being charged with a new crime?/
When being charged with a driving offense--all previous convictions are allowed--to prove a pattern!!
In any offense the accused is presumed innocent-correct,
yet when filling the coffers of Govt--any Govt offense-ie speeding,seat belt,
the offenders is presumed gulity-unless they can prove their innocence at great expense!1
