I agree he is a mongrel, but we don't shoot people, or hang or quarter them, or put them on spits as someone here kindly suggested; it's against the law; no matter how much your bloodthirsty imagination wishes this to happen.
We have filled our prisons - at least here in W.A. - with indigenous offenders for minor crimes - there is no more room .... so we do need to think of alternatives. Understanding what makes some people into dangerous criminals will get us to a solution as to what to do about them. I am happy to live in a civilized country which does not have the death penalty in its criminal code.
