No body would really know at this stage.
But I can bet you that what they sell the product for would easily take care of that and more. How much money do these big pharmaceutical companies make on their medicines?
$Billions! They don't do it for fun. At the end of phase 111 trials both coys will have MC's in the 100's of millions. 30% has got to be better then 10% hasn't it? Still a money maker but could they have done better?
