Hmm. Some interesting resolutions here....
At first glance, i have no problem with Resolution 9 – Approval of Additional 10% Placement Capacity, but then to add Resolution 8 – Approval to issue (up to 50million additional) Shares.....
Quite a bit or 'potential' dilution here, particularly if BOTH are approved.
I'll reread in more detail later and I'm on record as advocating patience, however in order to get these resolutions through (particularly R8), in addition to Director options, one would want to see a significant improvement in the SP before the AGM....
