From what I know to date ASIC is going to be focusing on prosecuting our ex-director Peter Landau in relations to CTR and CCC. Then they move onto NKP's case. I am sure ASIC is likely going to move on more than just NKP which has Landau's involvement. Grapevine on St George Terrace says Jane Flegg and Landau are now at each other. I would even add KAB, BMZ to the list. I know Mr Pham has a private case here in the WA Courts winding up Landau.

As for the legal side with Appleby Bermuda, I gave my contribution last September. Mr Pham wanted to refund it saying that he would likely proceed after this mess is resolved so we have a clear fight with just Jin Jiang rather bringing in a new front that could jeapardise the Mining License. This "community mess" back in October 2016 possibly had an open timeframe although seems to look better now (hoping anyway). I told Mr Pham just to keep the money until the day the fight starts.

If you are referring if there has been anymore contacts from Zijin's legal side. Answer is nothing since last August.
