Brettit , estimating isn't guessing or supposition !
Just because we can't ascribe a 100% sure value to a company shouldn't stop us from making an estimate or else how do we know whether to buy , sell or hold ?
BSR has more value than the market presently ascribes (in my opinion ) but the problem is financing !
During financing it's a pretty good bet you can buy the stock cheaper so there may not be an incentive to jump in and buy now .
Good for BSR that the required financing is small so at least reduces the dilution!
