Not true. The market places value on the worth of NUP.
So what it means is that the market think NUP is worth 3*(0.895 - 0.665) = 0.69
There is no way we can say whether ARU is oversold until the listing of NUP itself.
In fact I think NUP will debut at about 80-90 cents range which mean at the moment ARU is not oversold at all.
