Have no problems understanding the BEX lease arrangement.
It is quite simple and obviously 88E and BEX worked out the details for best outcome.
My concern has been with the "magic calculator" numbers that was circulated to the Long term Investors Group.
Hense my Emails to 88E.
Dave Walls replies have reassured me that the "magic calculator" is incorrect.
I believe it had a very negative impact on shareholders, and that is why I decided to bring the issue to this forum on HC.
Have just read Fogs post, and it seems that there has been an underlying/not discussed sentement regarding the % outcomes to 88E and BEX.
As I have said my concerns have been allayed by Dave's Emails, however any further clarity would be a good thing for all shareholders.
