Very strange move at this point in time. Still it gives holders a chance to get something for their shares... if it stayed suspended until the appeal and the appeal was lost, holders would have no chance of getting anything. Will be interesting to see the market action!

I notice that they have written off all but $88k of the receivables. That means the $1.5mil Inviro amount and almost $600k of other sales. With the last cash receipt having been in August or September, you have wonder how collectible this $88k is going to be!
