Market has attached zilch to NST for U factor and today is first bit of news in that regard. UTO have stitched up an open ended option on NST ground for 200k a year.

First priority for them would be to concentrate on their own area and spend what they need to when they need to on NST as their own progress dictates it.

No downside in it for NST as U was not a priority target for them. Range is their priority for upcoming season with further works on Bond given the THX platinum hits.

Otherwise NST has nothing of any significance that the market may find appealing.

My opinion todays little flurry will be shortlived, but that's just my opinion.

Hold by all means, but do the research before considering buying into this little spike, way too much overhang for it to go on with it.

A JBM defacto subsidiary with an experienced management team who, unfortunately, are not "driven go-getters"

Better, much much better, opportunities alsewhere in the market at the moment.

You can have my keys to the clubrooms, MC, FM and myself were the only ones to use it for yonks.
