I think its just traders churning for beer money, and that probably includes most regulars on this forum at some stage.
Imo, the OEL sp needs more certainty on whats going on with Alaska drilling.
From what OEL have reported so far, there's still no guarantee that GB will be funded for the proposed Q3 drilling.
