Look at the single 1000 share sell for 27$ at 2.7c testing nervous retail holders and fishing for stop losses. There were similiar 1000 share sells yesterday straight into the bid fishing for stop losses and nervous holders.

As usual the MM will pick up the shares and will sell for a profit when it re-tests 4c in coming weeks.

The news while not confirming actual $$ provides the speculation necessary for this to re-test 4c in the coming weeks.
