The SP may well fall today because a lot of the less knowledgeable traders are 'cliche' traders. That is, buy the rumor, sell the fact types - adhering to a meaningless concept. More importantly, a quote from the release, " ...the balance of the project funding expected to be secured this quarter". The finalisation of funding, particularly if it does not give rise to significant dilution, will be very good for the SP.
