As per your example of the company shares being reduced 15:1 and resulting in a company issued total of 16,000,000(16M) shares:
If the same deal were to come to fruition today - this would be AUD$139,257,027.66 / 16,000,000 = 8.7c / share
So in your example of the person with 30,000 shares that became 2,000 shares. His 2,000 shares would be worth $2,610
