Wazdan, I would be very interested to know more about where the Magic Calculator is wrong. If it is wrong then we should correct it or at the least put a caveat about the specific area of uncertainty. Further clarity would help.
From the original prospectus Material Contracts section 14.5 we have "The NPI applies to any interest sold by Energy Alaska, other than through a farm out."
There is no reference to the difference of an asset sale at the corporate level or asset level.
