You can't compare Bal with MTR.
Bal is heavily depends on China market with poor management that had no idea how to run a brand business. Look at a2 the next quarter will be a solid one.
MTR is a bit like A2 they have a good job in branding. So far my colleague and friends have good feedback on mantra. I have been trying to find an entry point like most other here . @$2.8 I consider it is fair value rather than bargain . Good stock not cheap. I am waiting for the next update in feb and then reasses my position again.
They are opening new hotel not just in Australia but also in Asia. In Asia not many people use AirBnb due to safety reason. Keep in mind Mtr also pay divvy.
