Hi eshmun,

For those who remain uncertain, I agree that it may be prudent to wait until the JV is announced (assuming it is).

I also strongly agree that decisions made on the information available should not be decried later if unrelated events cause a change in fortunes.

I think there is a strong difference between the OGX and the KDR previous situation (as you described) and I don't think those situations are relevant as analogies. The main difference is that the mineralisation results and intertwined evidence point to OGX having a high gold grade asset of a considerable size, that needs a number improvements (none of which appear to be deal-breakers) including a technically simple modification to the (technically simple) crushing circuit and gravity beneficiation plant.

The whole point of researching is to find evidence to support or not support a position ...if you find that evidence then surely it would be prudent to act accordingly. I'm not going into that evidence or research now -but those who have a vested interest might consider it (posted previously).

As I see it: either management have engaged in a complex web of deceit and lies and we are actually close to bankruptcy ...OR the additional delay is simply to get the JV formalities finalised.

The company are not liars in my judgement and separately, I believe we will see a JV announcement soon (prior to the closing date). Why delay the closing date otherwise -what difference does a week make if there is no JV?

As I said before, for those who remain uncertain, I agree that it MAY be prudent (not certain) to wait until the JV is announced (assuming it is).

Whatever happens, as eshmun suggests, making the wisest decision at the time may not reflect future results (for any multitude of reasons).
