    This 2nd extension is only for 1 week so they must be close to a JV or not.

    Having extended twice using the language they have, surely they can't close the offer without giving a final yes/no prior to closing.

    If "Yes" - participate
    If "No" - we've done our cash and don't throw any more at it.

    I'm really hoping for a YES.
