As a small business owner I agree and are enraged that small business is suffering due to Internet woes. But it is more due to the many flip flop changes in Govt policies and NBN Co being politicized, rather than any individual Telco.
Direct your frustration at your local member and the ballot box, not at us on HC or at any particular Telco dept because the blame lies fairly and squarely on those in politics for our Internet problems.
