    Excellent advice Freehold as always

Personally I have considered full time trading but not quite yet....

    Why

    1. - Have a young family and wouldn't want to put them at risk....

    2. - Full time trading requires sufficient input of time, which I currently don't have! 3 year old's require a lot of time!

    3. - IMO - The bull market is in Phase 3 which is the final phase.....I would rather start full time trading in the recovery phase post a bear market.....otherwise you could lose the lot quickly!

    4. - I still don't think I'm ready to go full time, my trading skills are still not quite sharp enough in my view.

    5. - The balance of investing and working and life is working well at the moment, I well review this overtime.

Perhaps in a few years I will be in a different situation, also I don't think we are all made to be full time traders...for some part time or as a hobby is the best place. Others may have the gift to go full time, I think full time trading would have it's stressors and issues just like any other job.

My biggest issue would be not getting that regular weekly pay cheque that I'm used to!

How many here are full time traders or considering?

    What are your thoughts?
