Hi GH. I went back and read FAR's announcement 31 October. I had to read it a few times as the wording confuses me, easliy done rest assured, but what I did glean from it is if FAR have not handed over the 3D then Trace are up the river without a paddle as they require the 3D to complete their work programme.
As you have said I think its pretty clear from my reading also that the delay is Government approval of the work programme. DB
